COVID-19 Safety and Sanitation

Following the current CDC and NY state guidelines, masks are currently optional and at the discretion of the client. All equipment is carefully sanitized between treatments and the space is well ventilated. Please wash your hands upon arrival. If you are not feeling well or if you suspect you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. You will not be charged or penalized. I, Cori, am fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Lateness

Let me know if you are running late and try not to stress. Just know, arriving late to your appointment may result in a shorter session. We will make the most of it. Payment will still be expected in full.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please communicate as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A respectful minimum of 24 hours notice is expected. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50%. No-shows and last minute cancellations (less than 3 hours before the appointment) will be expected to pay in full. Repeated offenses may result in the refusal of future bookings, at the practitioners discretion.

Conduct & Consent

Communication is encouraged throughout every session to ensure each client feels 100% secure, comfortable, and well informed. Some treatment methods are administered with oil or lotion on skin, for which the client would undress to their comfort level. Sheets will remain draped in such a way as to provide coverage and warmth for all sensitive areas as well as for areas not currently receiving work. All treatments can be modified to work through clothing.

None of the services I offer are sexual in nature. Any illicit or suggestive remarks or behavior will result in immediate termination of the session. I reserve the right to refuse treatment or discontinue any service already in progress and charge the full-rate for the session if, for any reason, client motives outside of a therapeutic context are implied or suspected.

Minors

Children of all ages can benefit from massage and Zero Balancing! Treatment for minors, under the age of 18, must be arranged by a parent or guardian, who must provide written consent for the minor and remain present in the treatment room at all times during the session.

Any information shared with me will always remain confidential unless disclosure is requested by you in writing or is required by law.
